Perhaps you have been experiencing a lack of confidence or belief in yourself, your purpose or direction. Maybe chronic problems such as anxiety, depression or high levels of stress have impacted your health and wellbeing causing burnout. It could be that specific events or challenging relationships have resulted in trauma, loss, phobias, panic attacks, limiting beliefs or fears. Or maybe you need to find a way to take that next step.
Coaching is a series of transformational sessions in which you will discover how to connect with yourself so you can move towards authentic action. We will work on your intention over the series as you develop an ability to listen deeply to yourself, build awareness, and rediscover your own inner resources. You will find unique and supportive strategies to transform obstacles, take action and continue to develop and change.
Coaching will give you:

How it works:
Sessions can take place online using zoom or in person at work, your home, outside, or at a private location in London.
Sessions are 1.5 hours. We meet every 2 to 4 weeks depending on your schedule and our coaching journey. I usually work with people over 6 sessions however each person’s needs are unique so we can explore this together.
